Root Please help me experts!!! Newbie

Hello, I rooted my phone using a ZVC video. It was successful. However i went crazy deleting preinstalled apps from Metro PCS.... when i logged out of the Root Browser App my phone shut off then turned on to the Black Metro Pcs Screen and has stayed frozen there since. I have turned the phone off using both power buttons and did the factory rest (i read it on the forums) but nothing helped... i did it several times and did the whole email setting tutorial thing but then when i exit and click finish it sends me back to the black metro Pcs screen... I must of deleted something important is the building of the phone... I have no clue what im doing.. i feel like crying... ive been doing this since midnight... please help... please !!

did you make a backup? did you install recovery? if you did just save a rom for ZVC onto your SD card and flash. should fix your problem
 
My phone is currently in the process of the ZVD upgrade....do you think that'll fix it or should i do something else after the update?

Did you install the custom recovery and make a backup before deleting anything? that is the million dollar question. If you didn't...then get ready to go to your nearest metro pcs store and play stupid about it...or settle in for the long haul in trying to revive your phone.

if it is doing it's thing then it should be fine when it's done. But let someone here walk you through the rooting process if you want to root again. (there is a pretty awesome guide for rooting ZVD) and ALWAYS REMEMBER TO INSTALL RECOVERY AND MAKE A ****ING BACKUP BEFORE GOING CRAZY DELETING SHIT LOL. :D
 
p-bot is right, did you install recovery? but if its upgrading to zvd then that should fix it, that is if everything went well. trust me, I made a noob mistake not making a backup and upgrading saved my butt lol

you could've just flashed a debloated rom, they should have everything that's not necessary deleted for you

Welcome to AF chat2jessica yes I recommended updating your phone to zvd make sure iu have it on internet connection once your done, you can use the same method you use to root your phone, after all the good stuff download rom manager once that's downloaded open it up and choose flash cwm recovery choose your device which will be lgeesteem after you do that scroll down till you see back up current rom click on it and rename what you want then press OK after it should boot in to recovery and thata gonna back up your current rom ,Good luck ;) anything happens let us know we have a bunch of good people that could help you out ;)
 
ok so the ZVD update fixed my heartbreakjng problem.... now.... i know i'm crazy ....but i wanna root it again ,,,,i wnt to delete the pre installed apps they kill my battery!! Can someone guide me??? Thanks again yall

Can someone give me a link or a step by step on how to reroot now and what MRPNUT was talking about...lol.. sorry i feel dumb around yall...lol... no but seriously im so lucky to have found this forum :")
 
do not start deleting stuff after rooting ! let us know if root was a success then one of us will help to flash recover and make a backup so next time you screw up you'll easily save your butt with that backup
 
um omg im such a pain in the ass but where can i dowmload the CWR that the "Step By Step Rooting And Flashing Guide" says to do?
