Help Please Help ME With This!!

I have a Duracell Micro SD adapter with a 32GB SanDisk Card inside. I put the card in the adapter and the adapter in my computer. Then it comes up as a removable device(fine). But there is a folder on there I want to delete. When I try to delete it a message pops up and says error write-protected file cannot delete. I need help I need to delete this file!!!! Help Me

Change permissions under properties, the file is set to read only.

Also make sure that the little tab on the adapter isn't set to "Lock" (if it even has one...some adapters do, for some reason)
