Please help me

Welcome to the forums jakumars, glad to have you aboard :)

You would have to tether your device to your computer...

This can be done by creating a network that you computer can find, if it has wireless capabilities...

To set this up you go into Settings > Wireless & Networks > Tethering & Portable Hotspot > Then you configure the Portable Wifi Hotspot, you can set a password and everything, then once you start it, connect with your computer!
