please help me

It's an htc desire bravo g7 and I have had it for a year. Throughout that year, my ex boyfriend put various roms on it since it would begin to crash every time he installed a new one as he seemed to not have a very good handle on what he was doing. It had been working alright up to now except for a storage formatting problem and the tendency to die at 35%.Anyways, it will not boot up from this screen and I have tried to take the battery out and plug it into the wall in hopes of getting into recovery mode but it is still stuck. I am going to school to be a doctor and have a lot of bills adding up so I do not have the funds to replace this phone at the moment. I don't have a lot of experience in this field so I am hoping someone could please help me. Thank you. i think it is called alpha rev
