Help Please Help! Memory Says Full, But It's Not!

For some reason my phone keeps telling me that the memory is full, yet I've deleted every app I installed on the phone, and deleted every text message as well. So now it's rejecting peoples messages. Any advice? I've cleared the cache as well. :confused:
