Help Please help!!! No signal. 4g or wifi

This morning like a dumb ass, I tampered with the setting in the secret menu -- *#*#4636#*#* in an attempt to turn off the 4g to preserve battery life. After chaging the settings to (cdma prl auto) I restarted the phone and when rebooted there was no 4g, regular phone or wifi signal. I went back into the secret menu and tried to reset it back to the original setting but only worked for a few seconds.The radio signal would turn off after a few seconds. Within those few seconds when the radio is on I am able to make calls. Can someone please help me out with this? I formatted and went back to metro pcs stock and had the same problem. please help

Maybe.. accidentally turned of radio/4g setting from widget?

Because I've done that couple of times too

use juice defender to fix battery life customize it. itll auto turn data off and on. my battery went from 6 hr to 15+ hrs when i was testing with no more than half an hour of video stream and normal use

Es task manager has a toggle to turn off 4g/3g instantly and bring it back instantly no need to mess with hidden settings.
