Help Please Help, Phone Wont boot after update.

Please can anyone help me, I have a rooted HTC Desire s, I did a software update through "phone, info, check for updates",(android 2.3.5 sense 3.0) now my phone wont boot, it's stuck on the HTC boot screen., I've tried updating from SD card (various custom stock roms) but I always get an error message.

You should never do an OTA update with a rooted/S-Off'ed phone; you'll almost certainly end up bricking it.

See this thread for some possible solutions, but it may not be easy to fix.
