Help PLEASE help, service goes away

Has anyone reported this to VZW, or asked what was up? It keeps happening to me. A few times or more a day. I will call later... A reboot usually does the trick, and thankfully, the reboot is speedy!
 
Ok so ive been having the 3g is gone issue as well.. I just left the VZW store and i they said its because of the 4g phone and we don't have 4g in this area. She said that "Brad" their data guy told them to turn airplane mode off and on.. Of course i have already been dong this. Even the VZw chick that had a TB or Charge said her phone did the same thing. So they know about it for sure!

Well that's rather inconvenient. Especially if it drops calls. Grrrr. I'm going to call later when I finish a few work to dos. Seems like they should figure out a software fix for this, if it's a known issue and not confined to a specific phone/manufacturer -- at least that's what I'm inferring from the above, anyway. Maybe I'm wrong. It happens... ;-)
