Help Please help!!!! Sorry pops up again and again

Hello Friends....I am new to this forum as well as to android OS, I need your help. I am getting Sorry warning again and agian that "The application Logsprovider (process.com.sec.android.provider.logsprovider) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".........I am clicking on force close but it is reappearing again and again and not allowing me to use my phone...Please help if you have an idea what can be done to make it operational.

You can try clearing the data from the logs provider app or whatever it is called.

Go to settings/manage applications/
Under the ALL tab, search until you get to logsprovider or anything that sounds like that name. Tap on it and try clearing the data.

Also, try restarting the phone and see if that clears it up.

Try that first, before going to more drastic measures like factory reset.
