I just got a Sprint Epic 4G two days ago. Local Sprint store set up the phone, pulled my contacts through Gmail and connected my facebook account.
Everything works except that the phone doesn't link the facebook picture with the caller ID or when you send receive e-mails/text messages. When I look in my contacts, contacts appear with the FB pic, however, when I dial that person or recieve a text message, there is no pic when recieving or dialing out as well as when you recieve or send messages. It appears the phone is not linking in the contact pics when there is an "action" taken.
We have rebooted the phone by taking out the battery, however no luck and Sprint can't figure it out either.
Anyone have a solution... does the phone need to go through a hard reset?? My google and FB are checked as far as syncing..
