Root Please help!!! Stuck at bootloader

i tried to flash a virtuous rom yesterday to try it out and ended up getting stuck at the bootloader.if i try to access recovery or factory reset it freezes at the htc screen. i have tried multiple battery and sd card pulls to no avail. tried booting without sd and every mix and match in between. after spending a day and a half researching i have tried to manually flash clockwork or my previous recovery through sdk tools, despite understanding what i did and trying to adb i have still had no luck i am open to any suggestions. any help would be greatly appreciated

....and now after leaving it plugged into the outlet to charge all night it wont turn on. when i plug it in it blinks to tell me the battery is dead and charging for about 6 blinks and then shuts off.. are these two probs related?or am i just fsol

what virtuous rom did you install? are you sure it was for the Inc2? did you wipe your data, dalvik, and cache? can you get to HBoot?
