Help Please help. Touch screen broken

Touch screen isnt working. When I get a text or phone call I can't answer or open the message. I can't turn the phone off as the option is on the screen! When I used to have a SE Satio, if it froze, I would take out the battery to re-boot but in this phone the battery is fixed. Any ideas how I can re-boot this phone at all??

Please help.

Hold power, volume down for around 10 seconds. Should force a reboot

I knew there must be a way to re-boot. I rang 02 and they were useless.

Phone is working again. Thanks again and for replying so quickly.
