please help upgrade problem?

my friends evo is stuck 1.32.651.1 and when she tries to check for firmware update 1.32.651.6 or 1.47.651.1 it says no available update at this time... is their another way of installing the update beside ota... her phone is not rooted and she doesnt want to root

i believe there's a link to the update that you can place on the phone in the sticky thread regarding the most recent update. you'll have to sift through those pages though. i'd help but i'm about to leave work.

though, if it were me, i'd do a factory reset and try again. it would be annoying, to me anyway, to have to download and then load the update onto the phone. kinda defeats the purpose of OTA updates
