Root Please help! Urgent!

I accidentally updated my boost mobile lg marquee to 2.3.4, while my phone was still rooted. I have tried just about every method to remove superuser so I can re root, but none are effective.. someone please help!

Follow step by step works like a charm note you will loose all files and settings not saved. But if you have a nandroid after you revert and reroot and reinstall recovery you can nand back. Just be sure to decline the update in the future.
