Please help usb storage issue

Ok so about 2 months ago my Nexus S 4g was dropped and the screen has been shattered. it still turns on but i am unable to see the display or use the touch screen. i have had the phone for a year and have a lot of pics/app data/videos that i do not want to lose before i buy a new phone. so is there any way i can turn on usb storage from my computer without having to actually touch the option on the phone itself?

I'm unfamiliar with the nexus s but what you want to save isn't on card rather than internal storage?

yes, there is no usb storage on the nexus s, it is all dont on the internal drive

There is no ums mode on LG Motion unless it is rooted. http://androidforums.com/attachments/usbmassstorage-apk.77882/ supposed to be app for use afterwards (compliments of another forum member) if you have any trouble though I have not used it yet myself.

This thread is over 2 1/2 years old, I'm pretty sure the OPs issue has been sorted (or they've moved on to a new phone).
