Please Help with my Connection Problem

[Hi, i hav a Hero]

Idk why, but i took the battery out of my Hero, then put it pack in, and now i dont have service, and it force closes the settings page. I cant do anything on my phone that requires internet service, (besides wifi) and i cant call or send/recieve text messages. Please help, if u need more details to diagnose, just ask. Thanks.
P.S. When i hit call button, it says:"Sorry! The process android.process.acore. has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." then the only button i can hit is "Force Close"

Again, please help!

Nevermind! I did some googling and turns out, i have too many apps. You can have around 70 or less.
