Please help with swift key beta

[rcyphermd]

I cannot get swift key beta to use my Gmail to personalize. It says it can't find the sent folder. The developer has not responded. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can think of is, is your "sent" folder set up to sync in your Gmail settings?

[rcyphermd]

I just checked. It is set to sync. Thanks for trying to help

Hmmmm looking around in my settings for SwiftKey beta, in settings/SwiftKey cloud/cloud services /personalization /learned from.... Is yours set up to learn from your Gmail?

[rcyphermd]

Yes but I get a message that it cannot find the sent folder

[Mikestony]

Oh, I see... Well hopefully someone has an idea about what's up to get you sorted

I tried to sync mine up with Yahoo and after a lot of searching on the web it seemed that NO ONE could get it to work with Yahoo. It kept giving me an error too, but I don't remember what it was. It may just not work with Gmail either, not sure but maybe you could look on the Swift Key forum and see what's going on there.

Have you tried asking in the SwiftKey vip forum? There's a link somewhere in SwiftKey settings and you usually get a fast reply in there
