Root Please Help with unrooting

I really want to unroot my phone because i rooted it and it became very slow. Also has problems with always for closing apps. So i tried to unroot with instructions from here: YouTube - Motorola Droid - How to UNROOT your device - The EASY way!

when i had my phone rooted i had clockworkmod recovery and now it's still there and i can't install the update.zip to unroot the phone. it will not install. always aborts installation. Also i already wipe cache and factory reset.

just to let you know my phone is:
Andriod version: 2.2
Baseband version: C_0.3E.03P
Kernal version: 2.6.32.9-P3droidspierce@MyDroidWorld #70
Build Number: BuglessBeastV.o4 patched by Baartl3by

In all honesty, the fact your phone is rooted isn't what's causing poor performance. You _could_ try a different rom. Also, the video you are watching is over a year old (I wish these guys would keep their you-tube crud up to date!!)
