I installed DC from the ROM manager, and now my phone doesn't want to leave the HTC EVO4g screen, it turns on & off over and over again.

Can someone please help me
 
Mine did that too. It was stuck in a bootloop. If you backed up before loading DamageControl then boot into recovery and use the Nandroid option to restore you backup file.
 
Did you do the restore through the nandroid menu? I tried to restore it through the restore and it wouldn't work.
