Root Please help!!

alright i followed along how to root 2.2 got everything perfect did a reboot clicked on superuser permissions and all it brings up is a black page. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong. Please

This happened to me when I rooted my Droid 2. Try going to the market and download a root-specific app like shootme. When attempting to open, superuser permissions should pop up asking for your approval. If that happens, your phones rooted.

Well, it didn't really do anything. It was more of a check to see if your device was actually rooted or not. But, I'm glad it helped.

yeah, as i'm sure you already figured out, the superuser app just lists the permissions that have been given. if you havent used any root apps, the screen will be black.
