Help Please help

I am new to the Optimus S forum...I just got my phone on Friday and for some reason this morning when my phone rang it now speaks the name of the caller....I have no idea what was changed...I went into all the settings and cannot find what is going on...it is quite annoying and I can't find how to change it anywhere.....PLEASE Help

I don't have this option..... there's no "Caller ID Readout" on my phone. What software versions are you guys using?

I don't have caller id under my call settings either...my SW version is LS670ZV9?

under menu/settings/ text to speech. I may be off by one so forgive me its there

Sounds like it might be android accessiblity (talkback) got turned on in settings.

Go to Settings-->Accessibility-->Accessibility (uncheck this if it's checked).

wow...I think I finally figured it out...I have an app..PrivusMobile that was enabled and that was what was controlling the caller Id....although unsure how it was working because I never registered it and had a hard time disabling it because it wanted me to register but anyway...I got rid of it and hopefully everything will be ok....Thanks for your help!!!!!!
