Please help!!

Hi people

I was on the phone making a call yesterday, when the call got cut off and the phone automatically went into airplane mode.

Now, everytime I make a phone call, one minute into the call, it cuts off and goes straight into airplane mode.

Also, everytime I lock my phone, it goes straight into airplane mode!

I have rung Orange UK and they can't help, is there anyone on here that can please?!

Tried restarting your phone? (Not fast Boot but a full shutdown and startup)
If that didnt work, then try doing a reset (backup all your settings and data first)

Hard re-set maybe? (Take the battery out for around 10 mins)
