i really want to buy the inspire but i was wondering if it was possible to pay with installments each month? does anyone know?

no.. the only way you can make installments is to buy it with a credit card and pay the credit card company monthly.
with most rate plans its only going to cost you under $100 with a 2 year contract. I got mine for $69.

Do you have an upgrade available? If so Radioshack is selling it for $30 for new accounts and upgrades.

If you don't have an upgrade available you can call att customer care and if you speak with customer retentions (have to choose the cancel account option) they will work with you. I got 2 inspires this way for $75/each. (There was a problem in their system when trying to place my order so they got an att corporate store to match the $75 price). Also att waived the $18 upgrade fee. And the guy I spoke with at Radioshack said he would waive the fee too but I got att to match the $30 price on a 3rd inspire.
