Help Please Help

I'm super desperate! I just bought my Shift and slipped on some ice and flung my phone into a puddle. It was submerged for less than ten seconds i immediately took it apart opened it up and left it to soak in a bowl of rice over night (heard thats what you should do) now this morning it wont turn on or take to a charger... what should i do please help. i've had other phones stay submerged for way longer and still work... :|

I've had pretty good luck drying wet electronics with rice but I usually let it sit in the rice for a few days.

And make sure it's dry rice, not cooked....
