I am doing a research paper for my school and needed a few questions answered. My topic is on consumer products and I chose cell phones. My questions are

1. What do you like about your phone?

2. What do you not like about your phone?

3. why did you decide to purchase the GS II?

Here's my answers:

1. I like the ability to customize it and tailor it to my preferences (especially with apps). I also like the display and also the rear camera (8 MP).

2. I haven't been impressed with battery life so far. It also seems kinda fragile.

3. I kinda rushed into the choice and didn't do a lot of homework before I made the purchase, but I was impressed with the technical details of the phone (processor speed, memory, storage) and liked that it was 4G.

1. I like the fact that (a) it's not an iPhone -- I've never been one to go along with the mainstream crowd, and this offered a comparable phone in a different operating system, and (b) I like the ability to put things where I want (as far as screen layout), and have widgets running on different screens.

2. The battery life is short

3. I did a great deal of research before I got it. I switched from Verizon to AT&T (because we had zero Verizon signal in our house), so I investigated all the models of Android phones AT&T offered, and bought two G2s (one for me, one for my wife) because it's their top-of-the-line Android.

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I find it funny because I am doing a compare contrast essay between the GSII and the iPhone 4S, and everyone that has an iPhone answers these same questions, except for the first question all they say is either (a) its apple or (b) it has apps. hahah
