Root Please Help!

My cousin gave me his Thunderbolt. When I went to turn it on it has an exclamation point symbol with an android on the screen. Also when I hit menu button it has Revolutinary CWM v4.0.1.4.

He said it was rooted. I'm lost what's happening with the device now. Please help!

Where it says cwm, does it give you any options like install from sd card, factory wipe, etc etc?

also,let us know the info on the hboot screen(take out battery for a few seconds,hold vol down+power)

assuming it says revolutionary across the top,we can safely recomend a few different things without having to reroot,or re-s off.
