Root Please help!!!

When I go into my recovery, it now says

E:/ can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p36
(File Exists)
E:/ Can't mount CACHE: recovery/command
E:/ can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p36
(File Exists)
E:/ Can't mount Cache: Recovery/log
E:/ Can't open Cache: recovery/log
E:/ can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p36
(File Exists)

No matter what I do this pops up. What can I do??? I try to wipe and flash a ROM, and it stays stuck on the splash screen, and doesn't do anything beyond that. PLEASE HELP!!!!

What recovery and rom, wasw it a JB 4.3 ROM? It sounds like the internal memory is corrupt and will need to be reformatted/partitioned, only TWRP does this well...
