Root PLEASE HELPPP!!! UnRooting 2.2.1

I need help unrooting my Optimus M. Its 2.2.1. Im trying to sell it and I need it 100% stock. I'm very noob all this so a very noob friendly helping hand is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.
 
If you made a nand backup go into recovery and restore it. If not depending on how you rooted it try using z4root to unroot or whatever you used.
 
100% stock = going to lgnpst and using the downgrade method. It puts it back with bloatware. No root. And also no recovery ;)
