PLEASE How-to-REMOUNT SD Card?

Can somebody PLEASE take the time to let me know HOW TO Re-Mount my SD Card? Dont know what happened after the 2.1 Update but shows Unmounted and NEED TO Re-Mount...Thanks in advance
 
Assuming that you are just trying to transfer files....

Slide the notification bar down the screen. Change type to "data" or back to "charge"
