Please list Droid X froyo bugs, problems, glitches

correct me if i m wrong. with the 2.2 update, the camera zoom in & out is opposite.

used to be the zoom in is the top rocker, now its the bottom.
 
After the update typing seems slower even now when I am typing this. Also I can't find the mobile banking app in the market place. Only the one for bank of america. And that is starting to make me made.
 
heres one i have not seen mentioned. The Dialer keypad when pressing ....auidible is check....VERY VERY LOW you have to put your ear on the ext. speaker to hear it. all my sounds are up too. I like to have the auidible when dialing a number check it out.

Ok that disables both the lockscreen and my passcode.I'll deal with it for now but there better be a way to just have the passcode in the future.

in regards to widgetlocker...its going to need an update. I've been fiddling with it all day long. Right now, it works most of the time. If i receive a call with the phone locked, upon closing the call i will see the froyo lock screen. Not sure about that one. i THINK i've tried every combination of homehelper calling launcher pro calling home blah blah blah that i can. I think they need to release a froyo-specific version. I DO, however, have an option to set NO lock screen, which is what i have selected.

yeah, I seen the same with mine after closing the call - back to stock lockscreen (not widgetlocker). But it only happens when I pick up a call while in widgetlocker screen. Its not an issue while I'm in one of the LPP screens.

BTW, did I miss Lock Screen option? Can't find it now...
 
to fix the text messaging issue you need to delete your current inbox and start over. then all new messages coming in will be ok,

using handscent and sending a MMS i get "nationwide coverage not available" hmm
 
How the heck can they release an update that makes the phone worse? I am new to the Android world (coming from a blackberry) maybe this is common thing.

I have DLink dir655 Wireless N w/wpa2 enabled and have not had any issues pre or post froyo (leaked and official).

Security Mode: WPA-Personal
WPA Mode: WPA2 Only
Cipher Type: AES
Group Key Update Interval: 3600 Seconds

"making phone worse" is a relative term. So far I have seen improvements, not significant one but still improvements to me :cool:
 
I could no longer get on facebook just said error on connecting. This fixed for me. I went to accounts and deleted it as an account deleted it as program also, re-down loaded it and then it worked fine. I'm on again but still have it deleted as an account. So far my bluetooth seems to work better no signal freeze up having to unlock screen to make signal hit.
 
Having a lot of improvements here. Just wondering if anyone else having problems with not being able to use backspace in flash text boxes?

*using swype
 
Search a contact -> open it ->dial number

Freezes

Now repeat the process with swype tuned off

No Freeze

How many with issues are running swype?
 
1. Sometimes I'll go to my gallery> camera roll > click on a picture, and some other picture will come up rather than the one i clicked on.

2. Not really a problem, more of annoying deletion. The multi-touch keyboard no longer has the feature to double tap on the period for a comma, or triple tap for "..."
 
The only real problem I have noticed after update is that some of my apps no longer show up in the Market... has anyone found a fix for this yet?

the only time this happened to me, was the Shapewriter Keyboard, because they merged or bought out. The only other way I can see apps not showing up in the market is, MAYBE the market will now only show apps compatible to your device. May be a 2.2 feature? For example, the Adobe flash 10.1 update I don't think was available in the market before the 2.2 update unless you were already running 2.2. I'm really not sure. I just read this elsewhere.
