Root Please please help!!!

So I tried rooting my phone today and everything was going fine and then I turned my phone off. Well, now it wont start up. It keeps taking me to the screen that says in yellow letters:

CWM-based Recovery v4.0.1.5
-reeboot phone system
-apply update from sd card
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
-install zip from sdcard
-backup and restore
-mount and storage
-advanced
-power off

I have tried going in install zip from sd card, choose zip from sd card,stick(1).zip and going back and rebooting phone and it wont start up. Please help I just got this phone today and It's not working I don't even want it rooted anymore I just want it to work. Please if any one knows how to fix this please help!!

easiest way is to restore using odin.......sorry i don't know much so figuring out whats wrong could take forever. if u need help with odin go here

after that u can try another install

small time saving tip when using odin. u'll start with ur phone off and put it into download mode whenthe downloading goes off ur screen it will boot up phone..... the process is done even if the timer on program is still going.
