I wanted to update from Ice Cream Sandwitch to Jelly Bean on my Samsung Galaxy S2 i followed all steps and ODIN said PASS success . And then i turned on my phone and it was stuck at android logo i have waited for 20 minutes but nothing happend. I restarted my phone and Samsung galaxy s2 logo shows and then dissapears and nothing happend . My phone can't go in recovery mode but it can go in download mode . WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE HELP ME I BEG YOU!

have you tried pulling the battery for a few minutes?

Flash Ice Cream Sandwich(Any version would do), re-root it then flash http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1569686 .

If you can go in Download mode you have to choices: one is what SCPadgeebar is recommending, the other one is to flash directly the JB by following Calvo1 thread (i did it for one friend it works great); you can leave it stock or root it with Philz.
