Please recommend me an adblocker from Play Store

Could someone please recommend me an adblocker for surfing websites in web browsers on the Galaxy S3 that is either free or paid? And could someone please post the link to it in the Play Store? Thank you! :)

Hi. As far as i know, there are no ad blockers on Play store (or none that work) and ad blockers require a rooted device to work because they have to be able to write to the system partition which is locked down on an unrooted device :(

Google has made enough money from me from the last 4 Google edition phones we bought. I loath ads and make it my business to block them on my PC's, laptops, phones, and tablets.

Adblock is garbage, but if you're not rooted it works "ok".

AdAware is the better app and blocks more ads than Adblock. I recommend it for rooted phones.

There's also the Xposed framework and MinMinGuard. I'm rooted so I don't know if Xposed works with non-rooted devices.

You can download the modules directly from within Xposed. Just make sure you apply the framework and reboot before adding modules. You also have to reboot after adding the modules.

I use MinMinGuard and Adblock Plus.

Im pretty sure minminguard got pulled because the dev felt bad about taking away ad income for devs.
Im on the fence about ad blockers (morally).
If every dev made an ad free payed version of their app id happily buy it

I think you're right, but you can still find the APK out there. :D

Where can we get AdAware from?
