so does it connect to wifi? or it will not connect to anything? what exactly does it do?

no connect only try to connect then it said disabled

Have you recently rooted your phone or made any other changes?

Okay, then try this. Shut the phone off and take the battery out for a few minutes. Replace the battery and restart the phone. Then see if you can turn wifi on if it's not on already.

If you can't turn wifi on then the next step would be a factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, I'm afraid it might be a hardware problem and you'll have to take it in for repair.
