Help PLS help me ASAP!! :(

Okay so i was upgrading my rom with KDZ and it was going just fine but then somehow it stopped and then my phone restarted on Kernel Panic and KDZ update was stuck at the same line so i closed my phone and unplugged/replugged in but nothing changes my pc doesn't see my phone oh sorry it sees my phone but as Unknown Device and i can't peform another Rom Update because it won't see my phone i tried DIAG, Emergency Mode, C-Emergency Mode in KDZ i dunno what to do please someone help me i'm going nuts!
 
nope i worked through it but i have a problem i can't get my pc to see my droid when its on fastboot i mean it does but doesn't install the driver and i tried to install the fastboot driver myself below the ADB tab but couldn't do something can someone help me with this?

When it's on fastboot the pc doesn't show the phone, so you can't access it.
 
no i must access it because i'm trying to re install 2.3 to my phone by CyanogenMode 7 ROM. And it requires me to cd and fastboot and change boot and image files but my pc doesn't see my phone so it hangs on the waiting for fastboot device :(

If it hangs on waiting for the device, then 1)it's not in fastboot mode, 2)try other usb ports
 
it's on fastboot mode and i tried all of my usb ports i can see from my win 7 device manager that fastboot is installed but isn't working and i can't get it to work can u tell me how?

Unplug the phone, Remove the battery, Put the battery back in, Turn on the phone in fastboot mode (Power on+camera) and immediately plug the usb cable on the phone.
 
okay i just did that and my system scanned for the driver android and then found one then searched for another Fastboot driver (it has a really long name) but couldn't find it what should i do?
 
fastboot interface (google USB ID)

is not found under the ADB tab it's shown as installed but shown that it doesn't work and get it to work so it hangs on the waiting for the device

warning page opens and i hit the yes button and it opens several times and when the thing is %100 it skips the other steps and quits the porgram what should I do?

Hmm, uninstall all the drivers and try again.
 
try using an xp computer or use the google fastboot driver, how far can you get in to the phone? would you be able to open a terminal emulator on the phone?
