Plzz Help !! How Can I flash My Alcatel OT 4010D and fully installing its system plzz?

Hello , I did a root in my phone , then with a fatal mistake , I deleted some programs as keyboard , Cam
 
Did you create a Nandroid backup before deleting those apps? If so you can restore that.
Otherwise, you'll be looking for a system image or custom ROM to flash.
 
I didn't create a backup image that's why I must flash it :( but I didn't find a ROM for my Alcatel OT 4010D , can you help me for how can I find It and How install it plz? :(( and the applications that I delete is the most important as wifi manager , keyboard , google store , cam

that the prgoram require it
Hey have the same problem have tried upgrading but av fail whats the procedure as the software keeps telling me av taken the wrong model please help
