No issue at all with pocket dialing. I have by accident hit the wrong contact several times though, so I installed an app called "Call Confirm". Well worth it IMHO>

"Pocket Dial" every single day.... Kinda that is.
Have a very physical job so require a ear piece / headphone to keep from stopping work during one of the 25+ calls I make and receive every day.
Got some of the Motorola headphones and when not listening to music or phone they go around the neck... well, shirt collar hits the "Last Number Dialed" button constantly and hear last person called saying "Hello Hello Hello" but not till they get angry enough to scream into the phone.
Have just in last couple of days putting them around the back of my head knowing it makes me look like an idiot but it works by not working
Not really "Pocket Dialing" as in above instances but add the Bluetooth aspect and it's a constant.

Had the Inc since April, pocket dialed maybe twice, although this may be to me NOT using a lock screen at all, they annoy me. But Call Confirm stops pocket dialing.
