Welcome to the Android Forums!
There are several podcast apps currently available in the Android Market, such as:
https://market.android.com/details?id=mobi.beyondpod
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.snoggdoggler.android.applications.doggcatcher.v1_0
https://market.android.com/details?id=org.my_pod.mypod
Some podcast apps are able to find individual podcasts for you online while others can manage the ones already loaded on your phone. The process tends to be specific to the app that you are using.
