Help Poor call quality-anyone else?

I just picked up a Samsung Continuum for my wife on Friday. Everytime I talk to her it sounds like she is in a windtunnel and there is alot of background noise or static. I thought I read somewhere that it did not have a noise cancelling microphone. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions? If it is the phone I will exchange it for a new one but if it the model, than I am going to take it back for a different model.

when my wife calls me from indoors its always crystal clear...... but when shes outside getting in her car or theres even the hint of wind it does sound like a trainwreck

Call quality stinks. My wife says it always sounds like i have a bad signal and am about to break up, even when I have a good signal, which is rare.

I just got the Continuum today. I noticed that I can hear my own voice come back though the speaker a bit distorted. It's brand new. So I know it's a defect.
