Poor Display Quality when watching TV

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. However when I choose to watch TV programmes the quality of the picture is extremely poor compared to the previous Galaxy Note Tablet I owned. I am using a 20MB ISP Link so I dont believe that is the issue. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how have you been able to resolve it.

I was having very severe issues when using it for TV watching through my "MyDish" app!! Seems to work fine once I did an FDR. That was the only thing I tried and thankfully it seems to have fixed it. :fingers crossed:
 
How are you watching TV programmes? Since the Note doesn't have a TV tuner, you are presumably using some app to stream the TV programmes to your Note but you don't say which.

When I use the BBC iPlayer to watch BBC TV programmes, it works very well.
