I am a new ATT customer coming from Verizon.Verizon was just terrible in my area.especially at work where I needed it most.
I initially got the Skyrocket from my local ATT store.Blew my verizon droid x out of the water,just ran crazy circles around it.Then the Note came out,since I was within my 30 days,I activated a new account on the the ATT website.I returned the Skyrocket Thursday and got the Note on Friday.Love the Note but only one issue I am having and that is reception inside my work.Verizon wouldn't even get a signal inside.But the Skyrocket had 4g everywhere.I don't have have 4G in my area but am running H+.
The Note on the other hand,inside my building,constantly drops to Edge.The Skyrocket never went to Edge,ever,no matter where I was in the building.I am beginning to wonder if the Notes antenna is different than the Skyrocket.Maybe it is broke?I don't get edge outside the building but i was in a town that showed 4G on my phone but was running like 1x on Verizon.Excrutiatingly slow.Trying to use shop savvy and maps was so aggravating,I just had to quit trying,it wasn't happening.Again,I had been in this same area with the Skyrocket and never had an issue.
To me there has been a night and day difference between the Note and the Skyrocket.I don't want to give up my Note but I don't understand why there is such a huge difference?
No issues with wi-fi,anyone else notice this or heard of it?
