Help Poorly phone

After a mere 10 months of using the fabulous Nexus 4, it looks like my phone is quite poorly.

The phone will randomly turn off & wont turn back on until its plugged in - the battery upon start is showing as 1%.

I've been in touch with google & a warranty request has been made. Hopefully they'll replace the phone, (very) hopefully it'll be with a Nexus 5 . Here's to dreaming

I guess at least the issues showed up while you're still within warranty ..

Somehow, I think you're more likely to get your own phone back with a few new bits rather than an N5 ..
