Help pop up notification

I know this is posted somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I did a factory reset and now I get pop up text notifications. How do I turn this off. I went into the text settings and the only option I see is to turn off the text in the status bar.

I didn't know that feature was included in stock. I do know handcent has that feature set on default.

I DO have handcent maybe thats what keeps poping up.. thanks
