POP3 or IMAP

[Shofar]

I have POP3 gmail and no problems getting my mail on Desire.

I generally follow the principle of "if it isn't broken don't fix it".
However I'm not sure this is the norm with Android users.

Is it easy to change over to IMAP?
Does the Desire gmail app support it?

Is it worth it?

Thanks

There's a good explanation of IMAP here:

Basically IMAP is better as it saves you having to delete emails twice.
