oh, cuz i downloaded the exact zip files and everything but get 1.5? Do you have 1.6 or anyone else out there?

I understand man. Just saying that because that's what I use it for most because Im always taking pictures of my lovely daughter =) I will try one day though. (Maybe sooner then later because I need some 1.6 version apps) ah!

Yeah it's really a minuscule upgrade from the stock galaxy camera, so it's really not worth the time to change it.

Got stuck on the Phone, spent a few hour's with the Wife.... Broke the build I was going to Odin....
Almost have it back fully again to be ODIN for install.
Soon.. Hour, maybe two at very Most...

The camera is very similar to what the Droid's and Nexus One's cameras look like. Very simple to use. You still get the advantage of the camera's 5mp, flash, and auto focus. It also takes pictures must quicker than the BH2 camera software. Not as much junk to slow it down.
If you're into editing, there is plenty of free software available to do some cool editing. My personal favorite (aside from Photoshop) is Google's Picasa.
I don't think you'd be disappointed.

thats not right, obviously. you need to reflash and make sure you are using the zip from the OP of this thread.

I def agree with spiz, I've never seen the N1 or Droid cameras, but I haven't been disappointed with this camera, and it is faster and simpler, and def still cool. i think this ROM has opened up my eyes to what i was missing out on with 1.5....thanks again to BH_MAN for taking all this time and working so hard for this.

the 2.X camera has zoom, takes pics slightly faster, and has camera scene features like the Samsung camera did (night, text, candle light, portrait, ect.) otherwise the user interface looks similar.

I still have hope that us, the BH2 owners, will get some kind of update in the future...let's hope sammy doesn't fail us...

I hear ya, if we ever do receive 2.1 from samsung then we should be able to do the no touchwiz thing again, so that we would have the samsung camera back again plus working vibrate, and who knows what else samsung might throw in. For now i dont think any of us are going back to those lousy 1.5 roms (no offense BH_MAN, you did what you could with them!) so for now I will gladly go without some luxury features! 1.6 over 1.5 any day!

I agree! i'm learning to live without vibrate, didn't take me too long to get used to it lol. i'm def not going back to 1.5!

since we have the new kernel .29, we are one step closer to seeing galaxy 2.1 ported, but it looks to me that its entirely up to BH_MAN because no one else seems to be cooking up roms for us Behold 2 users. I mean seriously, if we didn't have him we would be stuck on 1.5 till Samsung decided to get their act together! 1.6 has been out for a while now, WTF are you doing with all of our money Samsung!....nothing except selling us very buggy phones, WOW an OTA bug fix that gave us new bugs!

yea, seriously! i've said it before, the only reason I didn't return my BH2 is cuz of BH_MAN's roms. tmo reps really stretched the truth to sell me this phone, and I would def be disappointed without the roms. and yea, that so called "update" a month back was lame
