can you eplain the procedure a little better. This is done in adb correct. How do I get into root explorer. Is there like an interface that shows you a list of all the apps installed, so you know which ones to remove? Please further explain the procedure! Thanks for your help in advance!:D

I believe that you can find on already on the phone, just access your widgets console and you will find Power Control Widged, that one has options to enable / disable the wifi/bt/brightness/gps all in one.

Try it out, let me know if its what your looking for.

So, with this R2 version, my Swype is now FC'ing on me. It has worked on all other roms, including 1.6 R1. Any idea why? I'm not sure that I can type without it... I'm like a lost child. :)
 
mms will send, although on the phone it says it didn't. but it will not reciever txts. big problem! hopefully little fix. any advice BH_MAN

were u using the one that came with rom? i wonder if this applies to all mms apps!

Wow this sucks still so many bugs lol! I was hoping this one would have been the last rom for a while, I am tired of getting my phone completely set up, and then hear comes another update! Oh well I guess its my choice, nobody is making me install custom roms. Thanks BH_MAN for all the work you have done so far!

Thank you Thank you Thank you! I would also like auto task killer to be removed, cause i get random force closes on it, or tell me the exact apk name so I can get rid of it myself, by the way how do you find out.... NAMEOFAPK.apk

The FC is due to Not setting it Up.....

Nope, it's the wrong one. The one I am talking about was found in the app drawer in 1.5 stock no twiz odin pack I believe. It was a little red circle icon with a lightning bolt, and it wasn't a widget. I previously dragged the little red circle with a lightning bolt icon out onto my desktop/home screen and when you click it, a box pops up with 4 squares in it to turn on/off wifi,blutooth,gps, and sync respectively. The current included widget we have takes up WAY too much space to be practical for me (I am a minimalist). The previous switching app was 1x1 and only 1 click away.
 
Hopefully activesync is more stable in 1.6 galaxy flavor. Even with the updated 1.5 rom it desyncs. BH_Man dont kill your self working on all this. I hope all is well, and still consider setting up a donate button. That way we can at least give you enough cash to take your wife out for a nice dinner... :-) We don't want her to say those bad words "You are spending too much time on the computer".

Hmm, no wonder I was feeling anti-social today. I just tried to send a text to myself and nothing lmao. So all morning I was talking to myself? Just downloaded handcent for the first time and it works. Now I have to go resend all my texts from earlier today lol. First time seeing handcent and the options are good. It can do anything in options to turn it from iphone looking including popup notifications to blanding it out to super simple android mms style *thumbs up*.
