I was paying my bill at the TMO store today and one of the more knowledgeable reps (I say that because me & him have talked shop on more than 1 occasion) told me that their Samsung rep had been in & out over the last week and we could be seeing an update as soon as May. Plus I believe there's a new Samsung phone coming to Tmobile. Maybe the Galaxy S Pro is the much anticipated T949????

hey BH_MAN i wanted to read all the threads and find out myself but i couldn't!! but i just wanted to know if i install R7, everything from the phone will be erased or no?? also does the vibration work yet??? Thanks BH_MAN u r awesome!!!

I think I can answer that. Yes everything gets erased. No vibration doesnt work yet or else it would be listed in the OP as such.

thanks for answering all my questions i kinda thought BH_MAN would mention it on the list if the vibration was fixed..... but just wanted to make sure thanks for replying!! did u try this R7 rom yet????
 
just wondering i really want 1.6 i was in the midst of flashing 1.5 but before i do wat exactly doesnt work with 1.6, i look at it as long as the calling/messaging/wifi/bluetooth work im in the clear lol so if someone can be kind of enough to say wat doesnt work :)
 
if you would be kind enough to do a search and look up what isn't working! Trust me the answer is all over this thread!
 
well thanks to be the the ruddest person on the thread, it woulda took ya 2 seconds to tell me, and yes ive searched few pages of this thread and not exactly sure witch doesnt work yet.

Don't take it as a personal attack, it's just that this thread is 26 pages now, and about 22 of them are off topic posts or repeated questions. All of the info you are looking for is in the OP (Original Post) on page 1.

He wasn't being rude. People ask the same questions over and over without reading the thread, so you have to understand that it gets tiring. Your question was answered in the OP of the thread.

But to answer your question (which I had to read about six times... punctuation is your friend), everything you mentioned as being important: messaging, calling, wifi, and bluetooth all work. In fact, nearly everything works. The big thing you'll miss is vibrate, but that's a small thing to give up for a such a better operating system.

Vibrate Not working.... Everything else is for the Most part... Few bug, but nothing that would make me stop using it...
 
Ok I'm new to this and I think u have everything down pacc but when I press start the program tells me to connect phones when my phone is already connected so what should I do
 
not sure if someoen posted this already but is anyone else experiancing random ringtones playing lol like my ringtone changing to some of my songs randomly, just issuming its a bug and posting sry if someone posted already
 
ya it cleared up i had to install hancent for my sms, because when i changed the notification ringtone for message it made every ringtone my message ringtone lol but other then that and vibrate its fine oh...and also the search bar seems like you cant put stuff under it
