R11 is Now Posted... Sorry guys about R10, Like I said I didn't get a Chance to Test it...

And the Night I Posted it in IRC all the Testers left after they downloaded it...

Yes... I returned for your Result & nobody was in there... :mad:

- Likely stuff I'm forgetting, but we took a Speed hit in fixing these Problems.. Not much, but just a little...

If i replace R11 build.prop with R10/R9 build.prop will i get speed back or loose anything?Just want to know before i flash.

????? Get the Internet Speed thing out of your head, I was Meaning the Over all Build.. I never said anything regarding Speed Hack :rolleyes:

yes you can Push back the build.prop, but why? All you have to do is edit the current build prop..

5h 24m uptime with 1h 20m remaining (I'm at 9%!) and I haven't done anything on my phone today except check/clear some notifications. I've noticed Beautiful Widgets is using most of the battery aside from the system itself. The kicker is, I'm not using any of the Beautiful Widgets and can't uninstall. :( I had mediocre to decent battery life until R10. Waiting for it to die completely and charge so I can go R11 but it doesn't look like this was addressed in R11. Anyone have any suggestions/tips/rants/sympathy about this?

cd /system/app > ( enter )
rm -r Weatherwidget.apk > ( enter )
reboot > ( enter )

Thanks, BH_MAN, though, I've tried a few times to get adb to work and it's just not clicking for me. I even read through your adb 1,2,3 post and still cant get it. I had a feeling this was my only hope though, so I'll keep pounding away on it. I very much appreciate all you've done. :D

Does this mean that Visual Voicemail doesn't work because of this, or was it fixed and Visual Voicemail now works? Also, is there any truth to what people were saying about the internet speed hack making the data connection unreliable?

It's Fixed in R11 & Yes it's making Data Connection not Stable on our Phone's.

Cool just making sure,but you really gotta watch what you say to people sometimes,but its the internet what can you do.Im just tryin to contribute,and talk respectfully to folks.
 
I tried twice now. I flash R11, setup wireless, and then try download an app and the download starts and then reports download failed. Not sure what to do to fix this.

But I try to talk to everyone with Respect! Just because you took it wrong, don't mean you need to tell me how I talk to people.

im lost i dont know what im doing, can someone put step by step directions, how do i unzip it and how do i do all of this, help please
 
Sorry to do this guys... Revisions 6 kernel is Done... I'll Post it in a Few... OMG wow it's Fast as hell on R11, Makes R10 Look slow... No Kidding either... Just Wow...

Revision 6 > kernel.tar

Mod's done was Changing all the Memory Allocations...

The problem is, your question is so open-ended, where would one start to help you. It would be like hearing the word "hola" and asking someone to explain spanish to you.

I love R10 and dont really want to update to R11.Would i be better off flashing to R11 and updating to Kernel 6,or just updating R10 to Kernel6 to reap the benefits of new kernel?
