Root Port: Gummy Rom 4.4.4

Using mini, and then remove photo and hangouts. Add two Google accounts, and add textra to replace stock sms.

Edit: reinstall room with opengapps Pico, play services crash at start

Also been having problem with Google play services crashing. Several reinstalls of rom and opengapps. Each time it seems to take longer before it starts to crash. Is there a log created for this crash, if there is where is it hidden.
Step by Step
Wipe to reinstall rom
Install just rom and Lte
Reboot
Wait until first boot
Reboot to recovery
Install gapps (latest)
Wipe Dalvik & Cache
Reboot.

I'll try that again, that was the first way I installed the gummy,. Played with it then flashed gapps mini. Then play services started crashing.
After a question ( hash_Brown) about device manager, went to device administrator and turned off android manager off, and after a few minutes play services stopped crashing.
So was able to install alogcat root, turn android manager back on and get a log, and turn back off to make this post. Here's a pasteboard link :

With Android Device Manager on play services crashes within a minute or so, turn it off and with in a few minutes it stops crashing

I have been running this for a couple days haven't had no issues I think I will keep this as my daily driver for a while thank you curtis1973 and tom1957
I've been using SlimKat as daily, but might switch to this. I use 4 of the roms on the forum to mess around with. All of them are TWRP backup, so they're already setup. Plus it's a good way to see the differences in the roms.

Yeah this rom is slick.

That's why I stopped using this ROM.
Did you rewipe and reflash?
I'm not having any call log issues.

I was thinking that it might be that the call log doesn't have retention, meaning that as soon as a phone call is over it scraps it. There are a number of ways to correct this. But hit Curtis up, I think he knows the exact location to fix the call log.

I'll return in the future to this. I like how slick it is. And thank you for the advice.

Rom Looks and works great, I installed Pico Gapps, and am populating my apps. play store crashes when I have location turned on, but trying to find a work around for that. might try Aptoid or freeze it/Uninstall it once I

The OPENGAPPS Pico/Nano packages work great. Try letting Play Store/Services complete their upgrades, then reboot to recovery and wipe dalvik and cache. Everything should be A-OK after that (all settled in).
I was getting force closes and crashes too, but that was happening with any of the roms (regardless of Gapps package). I do those steps on every rom and Play Store works great.

Anyone else having an issue with the phone turning on & the screen being unresponsive after plugging it in when off?

Well now I have call log issues. Didn't at first, but I do now. Has anybody figured out the issue? Would like to keep this as the DD since it's "Silky Smooth", I kinda need the call log though. Have no clue as to what happened. It was working, now it's not. I reflashed, wiped and other things; to no avail. And no I haven't changed anything that would've affected the operation of the call log.

if there is no settings pertaining to call log in contacts or dialer then i am at a loss as to why the call log isnt sticking. cant recall if there is init.d settings in the rom settings that might be clearing caches to frequently but that would be a potential cause.
