Root port rom from galaxy tab 3

is there some way to port the rom and also the built in apps to sd card from the stock rom onto this phone i need this type of feature the memory on this phone is not the best 1.44gb is quite small. but i need to find out how to port this rom or get the sd card feature.

i am new to this rom porting never done it and never used kitchen would like to get into it though. also if i were to flash a rom i ported and i made a backup of cm11 would i be able to just restore it back and everything be fine . if somthing goes wrong. cause i have done it before just making sure that i cant brick it completely

i tried to port the cyanogenmod 11 4.4.4 rom from the galaxy s3. to this phone didnt work and it said it had an error on install in clockwork mod.

You must mean the galaxy tab 3 10.0 or something because i have the tab 3 7.0 and it definitely doesn't have apps to sd.
